Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is secure.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
